What makes the weekly sessions at my club really good is that the practice matches are fun and have different rules to help us. We get to work on all the different parts of cricket and they even teach us about fielding positions and cricket tactics which is cool. Also the coaches we have always given me tips that help me to improve my own game.

Our ambition is to be the most fun cricket club in the region, and 360 Cricket has played a big part in us achieving this goal. Recently, a survey showed that 97% of our junior cricketers rated their coaching sessions as extremely enjoyable. Since 2017, our junior membership numbers have grown from 90 to over 340 at present. In addition, our camps now get upwards of 60 junior players a day which is outstanding. I would highly recommend 360 Cricket to other cricket clubs looking to develop their junior section.

Since CTCC has partnered with 360 Cricket we have seen a massive increase in the standard of weekly coaching sessions that the club delivers. 360 Cricket provide the club with structured sessions and helps all of our coaches develop their coaching and communicational skills. What makes my role easier is their willingness to listen to what it is we want our junior section to achieve and their help with the admin side of organising it all. The camps have been a massive success at the club and have also helped increase the clubs junior memberships and revenue stream.
